Yet another group of Un-Americans spewing their filth around. I wonder if they will get some of their heros like Comrade Obama or Comrade Pelosi or Comrades Reid and Boxer to Speak on their behalf...
This is exactly what "We the People" need to stand up against and terminate at all costs...
You know...the more I think about this...this isn't the "Free Speech" garanteed under the First Amendment...This is a direct and dileberate attack of the Constitution of the United States of America and the country. "Do you solemly swear to defend and uphold the Constitution of the United States against ALL enemies forgiegn and domestic" is the oath taken by ALL military members as well as Federal Law enforcement officers in the country. Therefore, it is their obligation, their sworn duty, to meet this attack head on and if the "use of deadly force" needs to be addressed by law enforcement or the "Rules of Engagement" need to be addressed by the military in response to this attack on the Constitution and this country then, so be it..

Title 50 of the US Code as currently published by the US Government reflects the laws passed by Congress as of Feb.1, 2010.
§ 842. Proscription of Communist Party, its successors, and subsidiary organizations
The Communist Party of the United States, or any successors of such party regardless of the assumed name, whose object or purpose is to overthrow the Government of the United States, or the government of any State, Territory, District, or possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein by force and violence, are not entitled to any of the rights, privileges, and immunities attendant upon legal bodies created under the jurisdiction of the laws of the United States or any political subdivision thereof; and whatever rights, privileges, and immunities which have heretofore been granted to said party or any subsidiary organization by reason of the laws of the United States or any political subdivision thereof, are terminated: Provided, however, That nothing in this section shall be construed as amending the Internal Security Act of 1950, as amended [50 U.S.C. 781 et seq.]
The Subversive Activities Control Act of 1950 (SACA), a part of ISA, required Communist-action and Communist-front organizations and members of Communist-action organizations to register with the attorney general. Members of Communist-action organizations were barred from employment by the federal government, working in a private defense facility, getting passports, or receiving classified information. People who had been members of a Communist Party at any time were prohibited from entering the United States. The other part of ISA authorized the detention of spies and saboteurs during any national emergency declared by the president.
The Supreme Court of the United States upheld the constitutionality of the Smith and ISA Acts in 1950, in Dennis v. United States, and in 1961, in Communist Party of the United States v. Subversive Activities Control Board.
These two pieces of Legislation are still part of U.S Code and are still legally enforcable but are not ever used by EITHER party."
